These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FireCracker mobile application and the firecracker.app website (collectively referred to as the "App"), provided by Capel Labs Ltd. ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. User Account

To access certain features or areas of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Capel Labs Ltd. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE APP.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use the App after the Terms have been modified, you accept and agree to the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, at our discretion, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Firecracker is a personal finance tracking tool provided for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information presented within the App is not intended to be and should not be considered as a recommendation to make or refrain from making any investment or financial decision. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or financial choices.
